In addition to my mostly vegan eats, I love discussing all things health & fitness - including how these things fit into an eco-friendly lifestyle. As a 20 something working girl, I am forever trying to find balance in my life between my job, my passion for exercise, and desire to eat healthy, wholesome meals...all while enjoying life and maintaining my relationships (and not going crazy in the process).
