I have my personal training license from The American Fitness Training of Athletics (AFTA) and my Nutrition Manager certification from The American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists (AASDN). My husband, Keith, is also a certified fitness trainer and shares my enthusiasm for an active lifestlye. My passion is to show people that healthy living can be a lifestyle that is obtainable and not a sacrifice. I am also an avid runner and have been running my entire life. I truly love it.
